TO WINE AND CHEESE CLASS

 

Fancy seeing your creation on our main menu?

 Join our Head Chef for the Experimental Burger Society cooking class. Enjoy an exotic meat tasting to start (such as Kangaroo, Zebra, Ostrich and BOBO’s  classic Rare-Breed Beef) with wine pairing.

Then get your burger chemistry sparking and make your own burger from your favorite meats!

We will cook and return your creation and the Chef will pick a winner which will run as a special on the main menu for the week ahead.

Join us at 7pm for our Wine & Cheese tasting with a sommelier from Inflorescence.

You’ll be welcomed with a glass of seasonal bubbles as you settle in for your tasting experience. You’ll taste 5 different wines all different in style, region and grape.

These will each be paired with a specially chosen cheese from Carron Lodge as we explore what makes the perfect cheese and wine pairing.

You’ll learn how to smell and taste wine in a really fun and easy to understand way and have the opportunity to ask our sommelier any winey questions you’ve ever wondered about!  The event is 1.5-2hours.
